This week, I've prepped for both a video (on making a flower syrup for summer cocktails) and a live Zoom Le Lunch Break class. I needed a quick trip to the Ferme Roques farm shop for some vegetables in the next village, Serignac-sur-Garonne, and a walk around the still damp garden for a basket of blossoms-- acacia, elderflower, and highly-scented roses.
